Our English-language classes are currently available on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays—please refer to our schedule for exact times and class types. Starting in September, we plan to offer even more sessions to better accommodate the needs of our diverse community.
All of our instructors are internationally trained, with certifications from renowned yoga schools in India. Their deep understanding of yoga philosophy, alignment, and breathwork ensures a well-rounded, authentic experience for every student.
